Ebony Hammond has mastered the art of turning your passion into your career and lives her life as a full-time entrepreneur.

With a culinary background Ebony first began cooking at an early age for friends and family. Once she discovered the value to her talent, she began cultivating her catering business. Starting out with standard menu items, she found her knack when she began to incorporate her island heritage into her cooking and put a twist on the traditional “empanada”.   

 

 

 

Last Year Essence of Beauty, a mentor-ship program dedicated to young teen girls, began its first annual curriculum. You are all invited to Angels Of Epilepsy Purple Ribbon Program on Saturday, March 24th from 1-4pm at the C.T. Martin Recreational Center (formerly Adamsville Recreational Center) located at 3201 M L King Jr Drive SW Atlanta, 30311.
 Meet Atlanta's own "Chef Shay" as she presents some of her healthy, quick meals. Get much information from health and wellness companies and organizations, as well as local charities that serve in the Atlanta community and surrounding areas. Be Naturally Successful (BNS) is a national organization for naturals promoting self-love and success. BNS hosts events and workshops on natural hair, beauty, wellness & lifestyle.

Shermaine began BNS three years ago to encourage women who are transitioning to a natural hair lifestyle. With not only education on styles and products but the spiritual aspect that is part of the journey. She wanted to help create a support group that allowed women who are starting a new phase with their hair, confidently take on the backlash that could occur from friends and family who may not fully understand!
